Well, a slightly ‘chilled’ start this morning after the highs of yesterday evening’s karaoke escapades! They may be behaving like little angels, but I’m not sure I can second that statement with the interesting sounds that came from them all singing together, dulcet tones would certainly be stretching the truth! 😂
Today we returned to Bright Minds nursery to continue our painting and decorating tasks. In addition to this, students also visited the village in two groups today to learn a little about living life in a poverty-stricken village. We will return later in the week to hand out hygiene kits and mosquito nets.
This afternoon on the return from our endeavours, we visited the ice cream parlour! There were some very happy faces! When we got back to the hotel, we took the students down to the beach for a photo before their hour of pool time. We are having a slightly calmer evening as we have a very busy day ahead of us tomorrow.
