We had mixed fortunes in the cup finals with year 9 losing 3-2 and year 10 winning 3-2. Both games were very evenly matched and on another day we could have come away with an extra trophy, but regardless the students achievements with their football this season have been outstanding.
The year 9’s showed great character having finished the first half 2-0 down. Unfortunately, a late penalty allowed President Kennedy to take the lead and we were unable to come back again.
The year 10’s twice took the lead in their game. With the game seemingly heading to penalties we scored a goal with two minutes left on the clock and secured a win that avenged last years defeat.
