Today The Earls High School headed up the national ‘Music Matters’ event in Halesowen town centre. The students had a fantastic time providing quality ensemble music to the locals. Some of the featured pieces included Valerie, Stand by Me and Tequilla, an Earls Jazz Band classic – which included audience participation! The ensembles involved today were; Jazz Band, Y10 GCSE Music Performers, Samba Band, Little Big Band as well as performances from our local primary schools Caslon, Halesowen C of E and Olive Hill.
