Empathy Week at The Earls

In the run-up to Easter, students in Years 7, 8 and 9 at The Earls High School celebrated International Empathy Week. We recognise the vital fact that to create a better world, we need to understand and empathise with the people in it.

Through a series of films, students explored important areas such as Sustainability, Diversity, Mental Health, Black Lives Matter and Immigration. Activities, delivered during regular PSHE lessons, led to wide-ranging discussions about what each of us can do to understand and appreciate ourselves, our friends, and people from all walks of life.
