On May 4th, students and staff from Earls joined together to raise much needed funds for the Unicef children’s charity. Performances were created especially for the show, which featured all ages and many talents from our school community. Students and staff were also joined by friends of the school in raising money for this most deserving cause. This is the first such show for several years and reignites a once proud Earls High tradition of charity performances, which collectively raised many thousands of pounds in support of those in need. Organiser Jenni Burke, who put the event together in just three school weeks, was so pleased with the outcome, that she already has plans afoot for a larger scale show next year. The evening raised almost £400 from ticket sales and donations.
