Students raise money to replant memorial garden

Students from year 8 and 9 were raising money today by selling home crafted Easter Egg Warmers, each containing a chocolate egg. The young ladies have given up their time to make the Egg Warmers among other seasonal craft items and will also be selling them on the last day of term.  The money they raised will go towards purchasing plants which will be used to rejuvenate the Richard Brettle Memorial Garden, which is situated outside C Block. Richard was a student at The Earls until his sad and untimely passing in 1992 and is remembered via the Memorial Garden and the giving of a special award in his name each year at Presentation Evening.
