The last week in June saw all the Bronze and Silver students out for their Duke of Edinburgh Expeditions. The week kicked off with 34 year 10 Bronze students walking from Chaddesley Corbett to Blackwell court for day 1 and then another circular route on their second day in the Bromsgrove area. The Silver Cohort consisting of both year 10’s and Year 11’s walked and explored the Long Mynd in Shropshire. All students were a credit to the school and showed great team work and resilience throughout their expeditions with everyone passing this section of the award. There were a number of memorable moments for both the staff and students and hopefully we will see some of these students go on to complete their Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award.
